This place is a convenient base for four people with a central location, making it easy to get around.

Had everything we needed, would recommend. It was excellent home base for visiting most Catalina attractions. The host was helpful, gave some suggestions. Great that we could use wake-up service when wanted, and loved 1 queen-size bed and 1 double bed available.

Travelled as couples and the host gave us warm welcome. Kitchen with a microwave oven, an electric kettle and fridges etc, so we could cook. Loved to wake up to street view.

Our stay at Lavenia Rose Cottages, Sunrise Cottage was absolutely delightful. The cozy atmosphere and wonderful amenities made us feel right at home. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The outdoor firepit with wood included was a perfect addition. The location was ideal, with easy access to Bonavissta and Trinity. We highly recommend this place and wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay at Lavenia Rose Cottages, Sunrise Cottage was incredible! We got amazing value for our money - the room was clean, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches. The location was perfect, tucked away from the city with a beautiful trail leading to a lookout point. The staff treated us with warmth and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunrise Cottage! The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcoming bottle of wine upon our arrival. The outdoor fire pit and BBQ area were a great addition, and we loved being able to access a trail that led to a local hiking destination. The owner was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt relaxed and would definitely consider staying longer on our next visit.
